Sachbearbeiter Customer Service Logistik (w/m/d)

Support customer service operations at the Mannheim site in a multi-user hazardous goods warehouse serving 35+ customers. Manage daily workflows for goods receipt and dispatch, customer requests, rebookings, and transport coordination. Serve as a liaison between customers, the warehouse, carriers/freight forwarders, and other supply-chain stakeholders via phone, email, and reports. Handle deviations, complaints, shortages, and damages while assisting with administrative logistics tasks such as freight documents and customs-related processing.
