Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
  • •Evaluate customer homes on-site and recommend/sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements.
  • •Educate homeowners on how to use their new system.
  • •Conduct a safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for technicians and customers.
  • •Represent Vivint professionally as the face of the company while following training and coaching.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license and a good driving record; ability to pass post-offer background investigation and meet licensing requirements.
  • •Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs.

  • •Comfortable bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
