Job Summary

Lead, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects from planning through execution. Key Responsibilities

•Direct, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects from start to finish.
•Estimate materials, equipment, and manpower; generate bids and proposals using advanced bidding software.
•Develop and manage bids and quotes, track project quantities, and prepare estimates, sealed bids, and subcontracts.
•Monitor project progress with on-site Superintendents to deliver on schedule and within budget while resolving challenges.
•Lead, organize, and staff key field positions; represent the company at client/strategy meetings and oversee contract financials.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, or equivalent training and experience.
•Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on construction experience.
•Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, motivate, and lead teams.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a track record of driving innovation and change.
•Proficiency with bidding and project management software.
