Job Summary

Provide subject matter expertise and technical leadership for the enterprise Zscaler platform while supporting network transformation initiatives within DWE. Partner with engineering, project teams, vendors, and managed service partners to plan technologies, validate solutions, coordinate implementations, and drive continuous modernization of enterprise network services. Support M&A transition readiness and governance activities, maintain technical documentation and standards, and lead troubleshooting and restoration during complex production events.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the DWE subject matter expert for the Zscaler platform, supporting platform planning, solution validation, and technology enhancements.
•Coordinate and support enterprise network modernization, including client/vendor connectivity requirements and core network/NPH changes.
•Provide technical guidance during solution reviews, design discussions, and implementation activities with engineering and project teams.
•Support M&A transition delivery through technical planning, operational readiness, and cross-functional collaboration.
•Maintain technical documentation and lead governance/technical risk assessment during technology changes, including troubleshooting complex production events.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in enterprise network services.
•Hands-on expertise with Zscaler technologies (ZIA and ZPA).
•Experience supporting enterprise network transformation initiatives and large-scale enterprise network environments.
•Strong understanding of enterprise networking fundamentals including routing/switching, WAN/LAN, and network access technologies.
•Ability to communicate and manage stakeholders effectively across global engineering, project, and managed service teams.
