Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end bid processes for enterprise and public tenders, ensuring on-time submission and customer compliance.
  • •Analyze RFPs/RFQs/contract requirements and support bid/no-bid decisions via risk and opportunity assessment.
  • •Develop pricing models, cost structures, and margin analyses; build and validate commercial assumptions and financial scenarios.
  • •Coordinate internal and external stakeholder inputs to deliver high-quality proposals and lead internal bid review meetings.
  • •Support commercial and contractual negotiations, identify risks with mitigation actions, and track bid KPIs (win rate, margins, compliance, deadlines).

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent.
  • •8+ years of experience in bid management and commercial/contract management.
  • •Strong understanding of bid and tender processes, including commercial, financial, and legal requirements.
  • •Solid financial and commercial acumen across pricing, margins, and cost modelling.
  • •Fluent Spanish/Portuguese is a plus, along with strong written and verbal communication and analytical/problem-solving skills.
