Key Requirements

  • •More than 6–8 years’ professional experience in dealing, trading, or market operations within a regulated financial services environment (preferably CFD/FX/multi-asset brokerage).
  • •Proven experience leading and managing a dealing desk or trading team.
  • •Strong exposure to market making, liquidity management, and execution oversight.
  • •Experience operating under a regulated framework (ideally offshore/Bahamas or comparable jurisdiction).
  • •Demonstrated ownership of risk management processes within defined limits and risk appetite, including incident management and post-event review.
