Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead deep-dive integration architecture and design, including data mapping, data flows, authentication flows, API keys, edge cases, and compliance requirements across 100+ countries.
  • •Prioritize integration and app work based on customer needs, product impact, technical feasibility, operational complexity, and repeatability.
  • •Orchestrate delivery across engineering, design, operations, GTM, sales, CX, and partners by translating requirements into technical specs and managing dependencies.
  • •Ensure integration quality and reliability across data accuracy, sync reliability, error handling, observability, and supportability.
  • •Establish and track KPIs for adoption, reliability, retention, and customer satisfaction; codify repeatable patterns and feed integration learnings into product improvements.
