Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and manage maintenance schedules for Fury to keep aircraft mission-capable in line with customer, Anduril, and applicable standards.
  • •Develop and implement maintenance plans, procedures, and schedules; coordinate with flight operations to optimize availability and minimize downtime.
  • •Maintain thorough documentation and reporting, including maintenance logs/records and monthly status reports aligned with contractual requirements.
  • •Manage inventory of parts, tools, and supplies and coordinate with suppliers/procurement to ensure materials availability for maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • •Serve as customer/DCMA stakeholder point of contact for maintenance matters; chair maintenance planning meetings and support safety culture, program reviews, and audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Able to travel as required.
  • •Active Secret security clearance, with ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret security clearance.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Aviation Maintenance, Aerospace Engineering, or related field; or >8 years experience.
  • •Experience with UAS maintenance functions including servicing, repairing, preventive maintenance, and inspections for airborne and ground systems.
  • •Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities, including managing large teams and interacting with military personnel and contractors.
