Job Summary

Lead the delivery of major civil infrastructure projects within a multidisciplinary consultancy environment, providing strategic leadership from inception through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-out. Oversee programme requirements, schedule, cost, risk, interfaces, governance, and stakeholder management in an operationally complex airport setting. Manage and mentor a team of Project Managers, develop the Project Execution Plan and resource plans, chair design reviews, and drive continuous improvement through robust project controls and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee and monitor project delivery, managing schedule, interfaces, costs, variations, contracts, and risks while coordinating with stakeholders.
•Develop and maintain the Project Execution Plan aligned to contracting entity standards, methodologies, and strategic objectives.
•Lead and manage a team of Project Managers, providing direction, oversight, and guidance, including resource planning and performance monitoring.
•Coordinate project integration across the lifecycle, chair design review meetings, and manage design changes and approvals.
•Prepare and deliver regular performance reports, maintain the project risk register, and manage change control and continuous improvement in project controls and processes.

Key Requirements

•7+ years’ experience delivering major civil infrastructure projects across the full lifecycle, including aviation and/or similarly complex live environments.
•Demonstrated experience working in live operational airport environments with strong safety, operational, and stakeholder management awareness.
•Proven on-site, hands-on delivery of project execution with development and implementation of construction project management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
•Strong track record delivering major capital infrastructure programs safely, on schedule, within budget, and to required quality standards.
•Previous experience using the NEC Suite of contracts and experience acting in a client-side project management role representing the contracting entity.
