Completions Manager

Lead certification and completions activities on a large-scale EPCm construction project, ensuring LOSH scopes are understood and communicated before work begins. Oversee witnessing, recording, and assessment of safety-critical initial energisation and set-to-work tests, while monitoring progress to prevent slippage. Review test results and progress reports, drive proactive and balanced HSEQ safety, train and mentor team members, and ensure compliance and defect close-out in line with project procedures.
