Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to the team on completing work in line with Wood and client procedures.
  • •Ensure certification/completions scopes within Limit of System Handover (LOSH) are understood and communicated before starting work.
  • •Oversee controlling, witnessing, recording, and assessing initial energisation and set-to-work tests affecting safety, coordinating handover with Construction Team Leaders.
  • •Drive, assure, and monitor proactive and balanced conventional and environmental safety during certification/completions activities.
  • •Monitor completions/certification progress, review and approve test results and progress reports, and ensure compliance, defect close-out, and subcontractor/vendor oversight.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years’ experience in a certification and/or completions role, including supervising and leading teams.
  • •Ability to read drawings (P&IDs, SLDs, GAs) with strong LOSH understanding and the ability to teach others.
  • •Expert knowledge of certification and completions processes, including associated software.
  • •Experience producing procedures and reports.
  • •Strong knowledge of HSEQ safe working practices and ability to deliver milestones consistently and in a structured manner.
