Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead configuration, deployment, and optimization of Trimble Unity Maintain/Cityworks solutions for airport clients.
  • •Design and configure asset hierarchies, work order management, service requests, inspections, and preventive maintenance workflows.
  • •Configure user roles, permissions, security settings, and business rules; support upgrades, testing, enhancements, and production deployments.
  • •Configure and support airport asset management workflows for airside/landside infrastructure and FAA Part 139 inspection activities.
  • •Support client integrations and data management (ArcGIS, BIM/digital twin, document systems, API/ETL/middleware) and provide training, documentation, and change management support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in GIS, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Asset Management, or a related field plus 6 years of relevant experience (or equivalent).
  • •Experience implementing, configuring, administering, or supporting Trimble Unity Maintain/Cityworks (3+ years preferred).
  • •Experience serving airports, aviation authorities, transportation agencies, or other infrastructure owners.
  • •Strong understanding of asset management, CMMS/EAM solutions, work order management, and preventive maintenance programs.
  • •Experience with Esri ArcGIS Enterprise and relational databases (SQL Server preferred).
