Job Summary

Support contract data delivery by building and managing data tracks in a Product Data Management (PDM) system for deliverables, receivables, and supplier submissions. Review contracts and data for compliance, coordinate with program and cross-functional teams to obtain required information, and secure approvals on time throughout the contract lifecycle. Maintain schedules, run forecast reports, provide delivery metrics, and ensure required markings and configuration control for both company and U.S. government IP.

Key Responsibilities

•Read contracts to understand deliverables and contractually required data markings.
•Build and manage data tracks in a Product Data Management (PDM) system for deliverables/receivables and supplier submissions.
•Receive, review, and route data for compliance and programmatic approval, delivering information to the customer on time.
•Manage the data deliverable schedule; run forecast reports and provide delivery/metric reporting to stakeholders.
•Support program meetings by providing training to program personnel and customers/suppliers; protect company IP and classified information.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of relevant experience OR 6 years of professional experience in lieu of a degree.
•2 years of experience related to data management.
•2 years of experience in a customer support/service role.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
•Review sub-tier contractor/supplier requirements to support data deliverables and compliance.
