Key Responsibilities

  • •Run influencer campaigns end to end, tracking deliverables and approvals, resolving blockers, and keeping work aligned to North America influencer strategy.
  • •Act as day-to-day contact for influencer agencies—set expectations and review agency submissions (talent lists, content, reports).
  • •Assess influencer recommendations for brand fit and coordinate creator deliverables and timelines.
  • •Review influencer content for brand alignment, accuracy, and quality, providing agencies and creators feedback against brand and legal guidelines.
  • •Draft clear influencer briefs tied to campaign goals and coordinate cross-functionally while gathering performance data, maintaining trackers/documentation, and supporting contracts, ZIPs, and payments.
