•Coordinate, schedule, and prioritize solar module manufacturing operations for Semiconductor or Module areas.
•Analyze multiple data sources to identify and implement manufacturing improvements that positively impact performance metrics and employee outcomes.
•Communicate with shift and cross-functional managers to achieve operations objectives and drive action items to closure.
•Coordinate production-related activities (personnel, projects, planning) across crews and support departments to support 24x7 operations.
•Serve as a semiconductor or module operations content expert; support workforce development, including training lesson plans, and guide supervisors/technicians.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 56,100 - 80,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Safety-first mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
•Associate degree in a business or engineering discipline plus 6 years of technical manufacturing experience, or 3 years of First Solar technical experience.
•Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
•Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or chemical systems (preferred) and basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and data mining/reporting platforms such as Report Manager, Pro Clarity, and JMP.
