Job Summary

Join the Gladstone Procurement delivery team to develop and execute sourcing strategies and tender activities that deliver safe, efficient, best-total-value outcomes. You’ll analyze internal, market, and system data (including SAP and Ariba), evaluate supplier proposals, and prepare recommendations for award. Partner with stakeholders across Gladstone and PacOps sites on the east coast, support negotiations with Contracts/Legal, and drive continuous improvement through supplier performance and integration.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, implement, and maintain sourcing strategies aligned with business requirements.
•Collect and analyze internal, market, and system data (including SAP, Ariba, and contract management systems) to identify value opportunities.
•Prepare and release tender packages, conduct procurement risk assessments, evaluate supplier proposals, and develop recommendations to award.
•Develop and execute negotiation plans, engaging with Contracts and Legal as needed to prepare contracts or variations.
•Collaborate with procurement, business stakeholders, and suppliers to align sourcing outcomes with site priorities and annual plans, supporting supplier performance and continuous improvement.
