Own end-to-end planning across multiple workstreams, establish governance (RAID, steering committees, decision registers), manage interdependencies, and drive measurable uplift in developer productivity. Act as technical authority across platform engineering, security, and SRE, translating complex delivery status into executive-ready risk narratives.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and drive the end-to-end DX transformation programme plan across four workstreams, managing interdependencies, sequencing, and the critical path.
•Establish and maintain governance frameworks including RAID logs, steering committees, decision registers, and milestone tracking.
•Act as technical authority on delivery by engaging with platform engineers, security architects, and SRE leads on design decisions.
•Challenge pipeline architectures, Terraform module designs, Harness policy configurations, and AI/ML tooling choices; manage technical debt as a programme risk.
•Serve as the primary escalation point for the client’s technology and engineering leadership and produce executive/board-level programme reporting.

Key Requirements

•Proven track record leading large, multi-workstream technology transformation programmes, ideally in complex or regulated environments.
•Strong governance instincts (RAID management, milestone tracking, dependency mapping, steering committee reporting).
•Comfort working in ambiguity and shaping a programme from early-stage discovery through scaled delivery.
•Experience managing budgets across multiple workstreams and holding commercial conversations with vendors.
•Technical acumen to discuss DevSecOps (CI/CD, shift-left security, secrets management, policy-as-code) and understand IaC and SRE concepts (SLOs, incident response).
