Advisor HR - Pine Bluff

Provide process and transactional support for HR systems and workflows as a first point of contact for employees through ServiceNow case management, chat, and phone support. Handle high-volume walk-up assistance and first-level HR requests, including updates to personal information and LOA support. Monitor HR inboxes and resolve or escalate issues to People Operations, Centers of Excellence, HR leadership, or others, while supporting established procedures and master data updates.
