Key Responsibilities

  • •Verify vehicle information from work orders by inspecting customer vehicles at receipt and identifying damage, missing parts, and mechanical problems.
  • •Prepare and complete all necessary documentation, including writing electronic condition reports (ECR).
  • •Set up system for day-end and perform day-end procedures.
  • •Maintain knowledge of policies, system capabilities, and inspection techniques to support improvements.
  • •Visibly demonstrate safety commitment and follow safety and health procedures; may perform other duties as assigned.
  • •Conduct OVE courtesy walk around inspections.
