Senior leadership role leading structural engineering delivery for major UK energy infrastructure projects, including transmission and distribution networks, substations, and overhead line structures. Key Responsibilities

•Lead the structural design and delivery of complex energy infrastructure projects.
•Provide strategic input into project planning, resourcing, and risk management.
•Deliver structural solutions for substations, transmission and distribution facilities, OHL structures, and power stations.
•Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
•Mentor and develop junior engineers and technicians, fostering technical excellence.

Key Requirements

•Chartered Engineer (CEng) with a relevant professional body
•Significant experience in structural engineering design and project leadership
•Experience in one or more of: Substations; Transmission and Distribution infrastructure; Overhead Line (OHL) projects; Power stations
•Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead multidisciplinary teams
•Strong commercial awareness and client-facing skills
