•Analyze requirements and propose data-driven solutions using A/B testing and KPI tracking to inform decisions.
•Lead design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions aligned with organizational strategy and technical standards.
•Improve system performance through refactoring, API enhancements, and technical debt remediation while establishing best practices for code quality and engineering efficiency.
•Mentor and guide junior engineers and act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.

Salary: USD 227,639 - 300,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field plus eight years of experience in the job or related occupation.
•Object-oriented backend development in Java/J2EE for large-scale, low-latency, or data-intensive applications using Java SE/EE, Maven, and IntelliJ/Eclipse.
•Experience building modular, high-performance microservices and distributed systems with Spring Core, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.
•Design and execute unit, integration, and performance tests using JUnit, Mockito, TestNG, and JaCoCo to ensure production-like scalability and reliability.
•Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs using Spring REST, JAX-RS, Swagger/OpenAPI, and Postman.
