Job Summary

Oversee day-to-day operations for the eCommerce site and app in the EM market, monitoring business KPIs and SLAs and ensuring checkout, shipping options, and legal preferences perform as expected. Support platform business-logic configuration across tools such as Commerce Cloud and product information systems, manage UAT/DRY runs and cutover readiness, coordinate incident resolution with IT service teams, and maintain accurate eCommerce data.

Key Responsibilities

•Support local operations with input into global operations best practices, including definition, communication, and monitoring strategy.
•Monitor business KPIs and SLAs (e.g., checkout, shipping options, legal preferences) and ensure successful eCommerce platform operations through continuous KPI tracking.
•Support platform business-logic configuration across systems including Commerce Cloud and product information master.
•Coordinate operationally focused projects and enhancements with local and global teams, including UAT/DRY runs and ensuring tested work flows before cutover to production.
•Act as first-level escalation for local market business functions, coordinate with IT Service Managers for ticket resolution, and maintain workarounds plus accurate eCommerce data (inventory, orders, returns, shipping costs, tax).

Key Requirements

•College/university degree in Computer Science or Business/Marketing (or equivalent via education and experience).
•About 2 years of eCommerce, retail, or digital experience.
•Basic to intermediate knowledge of web analytics tools.
•Basic to intermediate knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI and Adobe.
•Beginner experience using MS-Excel, MS-Word, and MS-PowerPoint.
