Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the further development of the organization’s safety, health, and environment culture, acting as an independent HSE advisor.
  • •Engage employees to improve HSE performance through concrete recommendations and actions, and lead local HSE meetings.
  • •Provide training and toolbox sessions on safety, environmental practices, and health; prepare and test emergency plans.
  • •Advise on and provide appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and create/implement safety procedures to minimize workplace risks.
  • •Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, audits/inspections, maintain HSE documentation/reporting, and track actions in the Intelex HSE software system.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold an MVK diploma or completed education that matches the HSE field.
  • •Experience with HSE in a production/industrial environment.
  • •Knowledge of HSE systems, structures, and behavioral rules.
  • •Demonstrated experience preparing and guiding audits, including RIE, MOC, RCA, and TRA, and setting up safe work instructions.
  • •Knowledge of and experience with Dutch permit systems, and fluent Dutch and English (written and spoken).
