Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet guests and deliver a welcoming, FIVE-styled experience while acknowledging and remembering guest preferences.
  • •Take and deliver accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring dietary requirements and special requests are considered.
  • •Present menus and provide knowledgeable recommendations based on guest preferences and ingredient availability.
  • •Process billing and payments in line with FIVE’s control procedures.
  • •Upsell and promote services, support events (setup, breakdown, and delivery), and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.

Key Requirements

  • •1-2 years of previous experience in a Luxury Hotel environment as a Waiter/Waitress.
  • •Professional, groomed appearance and adherence to FIVE’s grooming standards.
  • •Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • •Strong guest service skills, including improving customer satisfaction and driving profitability.
