Special Inspector (Buildings)

Perform independent special inspections for building projects, evaluating concrete reinforcements, concrete placement, steel, and masonry based on structural and shop drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Under minimal supervision, inspect site conditions and help identify construction, engineering, or survey issues. Produce complete, accurate inspection documentation using electronic systems, reports, photos, and diagrams while ensuring compliance with codes, client procedures, and safety requirements.
