Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently perform concrete, steel, and masonry inspections in buildings using structural and shop drawings, specifications, and project documents.
  • •Conduct basic inspections of proposed and existing site conditions under minimal supervision.
  • •Provide engineering judgment and coordinate with engineers on field issues that arise.
  • •Assist with verifying structural plans and specifications and escalate differences, errors, or technical problems for resolution.
  • •Generate complete, accurate inspection documentation (reports, photographs, drawings/diagrams, spreadsheets) and comply with client and safety procedures.
