Job Summary

Own and evolve the data ecosystem that powers Syarah’s automotive e-commerce and payments decisions. Architect and govern an end-to-end GCP data platform, design scalable ETL and star schema models, and integrate product, payments, ERP, and operations data. Lead a cross-functional data team while driving trustworthy, real-time metrics, funnel and identity resolution analytics, and executive-level insights. Build AI-powered internal tools using LLMs and prompt engineering.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and mentor a cross-functional data team across engineering, analytics, and data science
•Architect and manage the end-to-end GCP data platform and unify data across product, payments, ERP, and operations
•Design scalable ETL pipelines and unified star schema data models for reporting and reconciliation
•Build and deploy containerized services and data-sharing APIs, while owning data DevOps practices (CI/CD and infrastructure)
•Deliver proactive insights by defining KPI frameworks and building trusted data products, including event tracking and funnel/identity resolution analytics

Key Requirements

•7+ years in data engineering, analytics, or data platform roles, with proven data leadership or senior technical experience
•Strong expertise in the GCP data stack (BigQuery, Cloud Run, Dataform)
•Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience building and scaling data pipelines and ETL architectures
•Experience developing and maintaining APIs (Flask or similar) and orchestrating workflows (Airflow or similar)
•Solid knowledge of product analytics and mobile attribution tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Adjust) and data modeling/KPI frameworks (ERPNext experience is a plus)
