•Manage major and complex loss claims within a portfolio for clients in the insurance market.
•Deliver expert advice, drive claim resolution, and support major clients across the insurance market.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, brokers, and key stakeholders to facilitate win-win outcomes.
•Collaborate with senior professionals and leaders to ensure technical excellence and client-focused outcomes.
•Commit to ongoing professional development and technical excellence to advance capabilities.

Key Requirements

•Strong and demonstrable experience in major and complex loss adjusting
•ANZIIF or AICLA qualifications (or equivalent)
•Proven ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships
•Valid driver’s licence
•Ability to manage complex portfolios with a commercial, client-focused approach
