Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead North America service growth initiatives across Installed Base (IB) and lifecycle optimization for the MR portfolio.
  • •Develop and execute regional strategies to maximize lifecycle value creation, including service attachment tied to POS transactions and term attachment optimization.
  • •Manage initiatives to retain, upgrade, and expand installed base while improving long-term service profitability.
  • •Lead modality-specific growth programs and partner with sales, service, and marketing to align customer value messaging and commercial execution.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to execute growth initiatives, support business case/pricing/market assessments, and track KPIs to optimize results.
