Key Responsibilities

  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and provide effective, customized financial wellness recommendations.
  • •Deliver client solutions by referring appropriate investment and insurance products while meeting individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals.
  • •Build and maintain a client referral pipeline through prospecting, identifying and developing centers of influence, and documenting calling efforts.
  • •Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and services and use it to support meaningful financial wellness conversations.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures; support branch operations including assisting with client transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Experience building current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and use fact-finding questions to be helpful to clients.
  • •Demonstrated experience influencing business partners and leveraging centers of influence (including Key Investment Services, Mortgage, and Business Banking sales professionals).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing).
