Lead and grow the commercial banking business in an assigned market by setting regional strategy, driving revenue and client acquisition, and maintaining strong credit quality. Own regional P&L performance, forecasting, and performance monitoring while partnering with Credit, Risk, and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated client solutions. Build and develop a high-performing leadership team, represent the bank locally, and monitor market trends to inform business strategy and operational discipline.
