Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide holistic support across the launch lifecycle, including program management, customer testing, launch readiness, change management, customer communication, and post-launch iteration.
  • •Maintain Linear as an operating system for projects, owners, milestones, dependencies, and product decisions; surface risks early and drive them to resolution.
  • •Act as first line of defense for product-related customer issues via email and chat, join calls when needed, manage escalations, and route travel-service questions to the right partner.
  • •Analyze support trends and customer feedback to diagnose recurring friction, translate insights into recommended actions and prioritization input, and ensure accountable follow-up.
  • •Build AI-powered workflows, automations, knowledge systems, and self-service experiences to improve product operations and customer support.
