•End-to-End Ownership of Complex Events: Lead the operational strategy of large-scale, high-complexity events and own projects from early planning through execution.
•Operational Strategy & Design (0→1): Translate partner needs into scalable operational models and design processes, workflows, and tools from scratch when needed.
•Problem Solving in Ambiguous Environments: Break down complex, undefined problems into actionable plans and design mitigation strategies.
•Cross-functional Leadership: Work with Sales, Originals, Product, and local Operations; align stakeholders around a clear execution plan and be the main operational contact for partners.
•Execution Oversight: Ensure designed solutions are implemented on the ground and assist local teams in resolving critical issues.

•Experience translating partner needs into scalable operational models and designing processes/workflows from scratch.
•Fluent English is required.
