Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely operate one or more bottling equipment machines (e.g., depalletizer, unloader, cleaner, filler, capper, labeler, lot coder, case packer/coder, palletizer).
  • •Tag and report equipment defects and assist with repairs as needed.
  • •Use the component reconciliation process correctly to prevent excessive inventory variances.
  • •Perform required changeovers and ensure machines run at budgeted efficiency after changeover.
  • •Perform on-line quality checks and follow good manufacturing practices, housekeeping, and safety rules, including wearing required safety equipment.

Key Requirements

  • •High school or equivalent (preferred).
  • •Manufacturing/mechanical experience or background.
  • •Safely operate bottling and related equipment while following all safety rules.
  • •Demonstrate commitment to the PR USA, Fort Smith QSE Management System and Operational Excellence.
  • •Practice good manufacturing practices, inventory/component reconciliation, and safe work practices.
