Key Responsibilities

  • •Prevent damaging eggs and ensure correct eggs are pulled for the assigned day.
  • •Keep up with the flow of production during the shift.
  • •Feed the Embrex machine egg flats and ensure neither eggs nor equipment are damaged.
  • •Stack hatcher trays with the flow of production and remove empty flats.
  • •Move hatcher basket trolleys to the correct assigned hatcher and ensure equipment is running correctly, plus other assigned duties.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 19.1 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
  • •Good hand-eye coordination.
  • •Ability to lift overhead up to 30 pounds.
  • •Ability to work in a heated environment (80°F to 100°F).
  • •Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced, repetitive-motion environment and work overtime as assigned.
