Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute the store’s retail strategies, using KPI-driven business acumen to drive sales and profitability.
  • •Lead and develop the store team through growth, accountability, performance management, training, and consistent coaching.
  • •Oversee Sales & Service, Operations, and Visual Managers to ensure execution of key strategies and operational/visual guidelines.
  • •Champion strong salesfloor visual standards and use business performance data to support execution.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally, act as an ALO ambassador, and implement communication strategies to achieve store goals and KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven leadership experience in retail or a related industry.
  • •Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • •Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • •Ability to lift, push, carry, and move up to 50 pounds (23 kg) and safely perform physical tasks including ladder climbing.
