Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and distribute regular, reliable routing and outbound operations reports in required formats and frequencies.
  • •Initiate, develop, and maintain routing KPIs and sustain report continuity in the department.
  • •Develop and enhance operational and management reports for routing and outbound operations, including vetting and testing reporting tools.
  • •Provide visibility into key tracking information with a focus on forecast achievement to stakeholders.
  • •Support departmental projects through data gathering, analysis, report development, and recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •4-year degree required, with emphasis on supply chain management and logistics preferred.
  • •3+ years of progressive work experience and/or training in a related area.
  • •Fluency in English (oral and written).
  • •Supply chain, logistics, or operations background.
  • •Strong analytical ability and ability to meet critical deadlines with planning and organization.
