Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead culturally responsive support, coaching, and case management for Indigenous employees across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Partner with leaders to embed culturally safe practices and strengthen Indigenous support capability across the business.
  • •Support workplace transitions, internal transfers, and onboarding, including focused support during the first 90 days when required.
  • •Guide initiatives to improve wellbeing, retention, career development, and performance outcomes for Indigenous employees.
  • •Maintain engagement, case, and outcome data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement, reporting, and outcomes tracking.
