  • •Interview claimants and witnesses, explaining coverage decisions in plain language without jargon.
  • •Collaborate with legal counsel and other teams to move complex claims forward quickly and professionally.
  • •Maintain accurate, detailed records of all claim activity to keep things compliant and transparent.
