Key Responsibilities

  • •Check expense reports for formal and accounting accuracy, verify proofs of purchase, and ensure compliance with the Global T&E Policy.
  • •Administer the corporate card program (issuing new cards, blocking, limit adjustments) and monitor staff card reconciliations.
  • •Resolve system-related issues for employees, clarify rejected reports, and educate staff on the expense reimbursement policy.
  • •Collaborate with colleagues in Accounts Payable to ensure timely processing of invoices and expense claims.
  • •Support process improvements within the AP function to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • •Strong communication skills
  • •Process-oriented with solid problem-solving and analytical skills
  • •Very good command of English
  • •Proficiency in another foreign language is a plus
