Key Responsibilities

  • •Be the product expert: demo Light workflows and answer partner configuration and accounting questions.
  • •Own partner activation end to end, from product deep-dive through Light-certified status.
  • •Deliver the training curriculum (product deep-dives, implementation methodology, data migration, live sessions).
  • •Run shadow/reverse-shadow cycles, grade readiness, and gate certification quality.
  • •Sit alongside partners on first client deliveries, coach finance-to-platform translation, and intervene when deliveries go off-track.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
  • •5+ years in finance transformation, ERP implementation, or finance advisory (e.g., Big 4, finance boutique, or vendor-side professional services).
  • •Fluent accounting expertise across multi-entity consolidation, intercompany eliminations, accrual accounting, and statutory vs management reporting.
  • •Can teach complex product/accounting concepts so they “stick,” for both partner teams and senior client leaders.
  • •Comfort operating in a startup environment: structured plans, sharp prioritisation, quick diagnosis of implementation issues, and clear communication to build partner trust.
