National Account Project Manager

Support National Account Managers by handling day-to-day administrative and project-planning tasks for national accounts. Coordinate internal resources to meet deadlines, prepare customer agreements, and communicate clearly across cross-functional teams. Track and troubleshoot rental activity metrics (quoting, ordering, billing, sourcing), escalate operational issues, and help resolve customer requests. Manage logistics such as scheduling, travel planning, and expense reconciliation, with occasional nationwide travel for events.
