Key Responsibilities

  • •Connect Revenue needs with Enterprise Systems engineers for AI builds and deployments.
  • •Translate GTM AI Ops use cases into technical development requirements and user stories, aligning timelines, plans, and scope.
  • •Own internal roadmap and guide agile delivery for AI agents, applications, and prompts, including development, QA, release, and ongoing support.
  • •Establish AI usage processes and policies, partner on data sourcing/quality, and measure/improve adoption across the GTM organization.
  • •Coordinate AI vendor evaluations (vetting, trial criteria, procurement/infosec/legal) and forecast agentic consumption costs; create business cases for AI investment priorities.

Key Requirements

  • •Mixed business and technical background, able to work directly with developers and sales stakeholders.
  • •5+ years of product/program management experience, including at least 2 years working directly with engineering resources.
  • •2+ years hands-on proficiency with GenAI fundamentals including prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent orchestration.
  • •Ability to model LLM operating costs (token burn, model choice, and usage forecasts) and keep spend within ROI targets.
  • •Fluency in Agile for backlog triage, sprints, rapid A/B experiments, and post-release monitoring.
