Key Responsibilities

  • •Cultivate and nurture strong dealer/client relationships through proactive engagement, personalized communication, and tailored solutions.
  • •Partner with internal business units (sales, mobile inspections, dealer services, and trade desk) to align strategies and deliver a unified client experience.
  • •Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, coordinating issue resolution end to end with ownership and follow-through.
  • •Use a consultative approach to advise dealers on sales performance using valuation data, industry and sales trends, and market insights.
  • •Provide personalized coaching on using the tool suite and educate clients on marketplace policies to ensure compliance and success.
