Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate a vehicle according to applicable state and federal transportation laws.
  • •Transport loads safely and in a timely manner over required routes while obeying traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • •Maneuver truck and trailer into loading and unloading areas; follow loading crew signals.
  • •Assist with loading/unloading goods and materials using specialized equipment; unload empty skids and return equipment to designated areas.
  • •Maintain signed invoices, shipping bills of lading, and other required paperwork; deliver documentation when routes are complete.

Key Requirements

  • •Must hold a commercial drivers license (Class A CDL) or chauffeur’s license depending on state, appropriate for the vehicle operated.

  • •Must be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.
