Lead the engineering charter for the Okta Integration Network, powering 8,000+ integrations across the Okta ecosystem. You’ll oversee distributed teams, drive secure, scalable, standards-based integration capabilities, and shape the roadmap for cross-app identity security. Partner with product, security, and AI teams to deliver high-reliability services, strengthen the OIN catalog and extensibility, and bring strong operational rigor through metrics and multi-quarter program leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, recruit, and mentor multiple engineering teams, including engineers, architects, and engineering managers, fostering innovation and accountability.
•Partner with Product Management and Design to define product vision and execute a multi-year roadmap.
•Own the operational rhythm of the organization, establishing metrics and processes for engineering excellence and predictable delivery.
•Represent teams and strategy in senior leadership forums, translating technical progress into data-driven narratives.
•Drive strategic adoption of AI tooling and automation within engineering processes to unlock velocity improvements.
