Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and optimize operations and service delivery for hard and soft FM contracts, ensuring 100% client retention and organic revenue growth.
  • •Own strategic planning, budgeting, and contract P&L profitability; review expenses and implement improvements to drive performance.
  • •Manage resources and teams, including mobilization/demobilizations, asset management, and staff performance reviews and succession planning.
  • •Develop and monitor SLAs/KPIs, supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programs, and oversee FM contract methodologies/SOPs.
  • •Liaise with internal stakeholders and clients through monthly/quarterly meetings, site visits, escalation management, and support bids/solutions for tenders and renewals.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s Degree in Facilities Management preferred.
  • •15+ years’ experience managing Total Facilities Management contracts with at least 8+ years in a managerial role overseeing multiple contracts.
  • •Strong knowledge of FM standards and hard/soft services contract processes, including commercial management and contractual P&L responsibilities.
  • •Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with excellent report-writing skills; familiarity with Power BI dashboards.
  • •Valid driving license; knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in cleaning operations.
