Key Responsibilities

  • •Teach using public webinars, workshops, and multi-day on-sites, tailored to customers’ own codebases and questions.
  • •Run train-the-trainer programs to certify customer technologists and champions to deliver Anthropic’s material.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years as a software engineer, solutions architect, developer advocate, or similar, with hands-on code shipping and regular teaching to engineering audiences.
  • •Experience using Claude Code or a similar agentic tool daily, with deep technical ability across the engineering stack.
  • •Demonstrated ability to hold large live audiences and deliver practiced material; a broken demo doesn’t stop delivery.
  • •Strong communication and adaptability in one conversation, from casual to rigorous design discussions.
  • •Care for customers and comfort operating in ambiguity while timelines are short and priorities shift.
