Teller Supervisor (Full Time) - Grapevine Main

Supervise Teller operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and secure processing while coordinating workflow and maintaining adequate window coverage. Resolve complex customer issues, explain bank services and policies, and handle customer inquiries by phone and mail. Lead and train Teller team members, monitor compliance and sales culture, support performance reviews, and maintain daily balancing with corrected discrepancies and complete reports.
