Auto Repair Specialist

Perform diagnostic, mechanical, and cosmetic repairs on customer and internal vehicles, ensuring each car meets CarMax safety and quality standards. Inspect vehicles and complete state inspections when required, manage repair orders with accurate labor/parts/billing documentation, and use proprietary and universal software systems. Maintain a clean, organized, safety-first workspace following CarMax 5S and EH&S requirements, and provide functional support to associates and managers across the store.
