Job Summary

Own the health and expansion of Airbnb’s Hotels supply in France by acquiring and managing high-quality hotel partners. Develop acquisition strategies, generate and convert hotel leads, and build scalable, localized supply management plans across both established and emerging markets. Partner cross-functionally with product, communications, public policy, legal, tax, and customer support, using data and regular business reviews to meet and surpass quarterly sales targets.

•Build, manage, and expand hotel partner relationships within your territory to surpass quarterly sales targets.
•Conduct regular optimization calls and business reviews with partners, including in-person support as needed.
•Prospect and onboard new high-quality hotel supply within your assigned geography.
•Implement strategies to manage and optimize the long tail of thousands of hotels in your region.
•Work cross-functionally with product, communications, public policy, legal, tax, and customer support to drive long-term market success.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in new sales, account management, and partner support.
•Experience working a leads pipeline and managing a book of business.
•Proficient quantitative skills with proven ability to interpret and apply data for decision-making.
•Strong communication and presentation skills; able to communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person.
•Ability to speak fluently in English and French, and be based in Paris with regular international travel (typically once every 4 to 6 weeks).
