Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •4+ years of experience in combustion research, propulsion systems, thermal-fluid sciences, or related engineering work.
  • •Strong combustion fundamentals, including fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, heat transfer, and turbulent reacting flows.
  • •Experience designing and conducting combustion experiments and analyzing experimental combustion data.
  • •Proficiency with MATLAB or Python for engineering analysis; familiarity with laboratory instrumentation and high-speed data acquisition.
